Pre School

St Cleer Pre School

We are delighted to be able to welcome pre-school children at St Cleer Primary Academy.

If your child is aged 3 or 4, and will be starting school full-time in the Reception Class the following September, he or she can join our pre-school department.

The children have such a great start with us and are then very ready for full time school by the September that they are due to join the full time pupils. The pre-schoolers have their own EYFS teacher, but also play alongside the reception class children and share the full team of three other teachers and three teaching assistants.

You can choose either morning (9:00-12:00) or afternoon sessions (12:30-3:00pm) for up to five days a week to use your 15 hours funding. If you and any partner work, you can apply for 30 hours funding. Then your child may stay all day and have lunch with us.

We are very flexible and can arrange days and sessions to suit you.

Do contact the Headteacher by email head@stcleerprimary.co.uk or by telephone on 01579 342196 if you would like to know more.

We would love you to meet you; do arrange to have a visit.

See the fun the pre school children have when some of our older children from the school come to visit them.
